The platform inbjudan.events is a service operated by Oh My Interactive AB, registered under company number 556708-6433, located at Prästgårdsgatan 34, 941 32 Piteå, Sweden. Hereafter referred to as “Inbjudan,” “Oh My,” “we,” or “us.”
Our platform allows individuals and organizations to create personalized event pages, invite guests, and manage RSVPs. This document explains how we collect, handle, and process your personal data as an event participant (“Attendee”) when you register for an event created through our platform.
In this document we provide information on how we collect, use and process personal data about you (the “Attendee”) when you sign up to participate in an event which is created through our service.
The organizer of each event (our client) is the primary controller of your personal data. We act as the processor on behalf of the event organizer, handling your data in line with the data processing agreement we have with the organizer.
Terms within this Attendee Privacy Policy are interpreted per relevant data protection regulations, specifically the General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”) and the Directive on Privacy and Electronic Communications (Directive 2002/58/EC), along with applicable national laws.
Below is a summary of how we process the personal data you provide during registration. Data is collected directly from you, the Attendee, during the sign-up process.

3.2 Additionally, personal data may be shared with other event attendees and the event organizer.
3.3 Your personal data may be transferred outside the EU/EEA, depending on the locations of some service providers. These transfers comply with EU standards, including adequate protection assessments or approved transfer mechanisms. You can contact us for more information on such transfers.
3.4 Our platform may link to other websites; we do not control data collected by those sites, and their privacy policies will govern how they handle your personal data.
5.1 You may opt out of any direct marketing communications from us at any time and may withdraw consent for any processing you previously agreed to. Revoking your consent does not impact data processed prior to your withdrawal. Processing for other lawful reasons may continue.
5.2 You have the right to access your personal data, request corrections, and, in certain circumstances, request deletion or restriction of processing.
